Yeah, the fact that it was just her and her mom living together does suggest that she probably didn't have any siblings, at least not of her age.

Don't most spider babies just run off as soon as they can? I've never seen a group of spiders before, they leave as soon as they can. I assume it would be the same for spider monsters, she might have just been the youngest or something and that's why she was still with her mom.
