Bodybuilders before a show are at like 5% bodyfat, incredibly dehydrated, on a massive amount of steroids, insanely dark spray tan, none of which are necessary for visible abs. All you need for visible abs is to be between 10%-20% bodyfat depending on genetics (though almost always will need to be below 15%).Um ackshually 🤓
They, or at least bodybuilders need to before a show, or so I heard.
Yeah, but since the MC is acting, albeit as a stuntman, those abs have to be visible on camera.Bodybuilders before a show are at like 5% bodyfat, incredibly dehydrated, on a massive amount of steroids, insanely dark spray tan, none of which are necessary for visible abs. Cavill and Rudd absolutely did not reach 7%, I would not trust any numbers they gave for anythingYeah, but since the MC is acting, albeit as a stuntman, those abs have to be visible on camera.
A quick google says actors like Cavill and Rudd reached about 7% bodyfat. Very dangerous to be that low.
I'm not sure how much of this applies to him since he's a stuntman though. And I don't think he'll be doing shirtless scenes that show-off his abs while doing said stunts with dangerously low bodyfat percentage so... I probably just wasted my time commenting 😅
She has the extra hands, so having the handles to match...She wants love handles for maximum leverage.
Regular maybe but movie abs probably not. A lot of actors has to really dehydrated themselves like 3-4 hours before and during filmingYou don't need to be dehydrated to have abs
