There's something about that cat girl and bunny lady being just the most powerful characters in the story and not doing anything but overseeing the problem. Well at the same time both of them seem to be incapable of doing anything because of the attitudes of the other characters treating them two different ways.

Especially with the cat the cat lady wants to have friends and seems to want to help people but they either ignore her or Treat Her Like She's an annoying problem.
