Eugh. I'm not married, but I'd be pretty pissed if either my or my spouse's parents wanted to dictate how our wedding should be. If they want to have that kind of authority they better be paying for literally everything.

Especially after we already decided to have a specific type of wedding. We're the ones getting married here, not them.

For real. Doesn't matter who the heck they are, if someone wants to tell me what to do they better have some reaaal good reason for it, or else they're just giving me more reasons to ignore them and do what I want.
