Given that the tittle talks about Cupid, the cover is MC and Cupid, and that the art of the MC and Cupid eating poki is from the the Mangaka that made this, I would guess that is pretty obvious where they wanna go whit the story, I would guess that the main drama will be that MC falls in love whit Cupid along the way, but Cupid has to finish his contract and put the MC together whit the friend or else he dies, unless the wish can be changed, and the drama is that the friend already likes MC and will try to pursue the MC once he falls in love whit Cupid.

Or it could also be just the MC falling in love whit Cupid and basically being conflicted between who he actually loves.
