there's a pedo character which I Despise 😬😬 mf is really disgusting, aiming for kids and whatnot. It gives me the cr e eps especially because it's being explicitly shown in the manhua that he's been harassing his shidi ever since he was a CHILD. there's also a novel of this but the mc is the pedo so I wouldn't recommend it though ( ͡°ᴥ ͡° ʋ)

This is probably the best manhua I've read. Well-drawn, funny, self-aware, an actually novel plot...
Are there any others out there of similar quality? The only other one I found that was passable was Iron Ladies, and I'd rate that as a 7/10 because it kept repeating the plot of "new bad guy with weird teeth shows up, does cartoonishly evil things, MC levels up and kills him, something something Chinese history" until I quit it.

I wish I knew some Chinese. I'd be scanlating the heck out of this series. But as it stands, all I can do is use my phone translation app to follow the newer unscanlated chapters. Most of it is understandable. It's just every once in a while that I get totally lost on something.

Makes me wonder whatever happened to that supposed official localization that was going to happen and never did.

The 3rd season of the donghua has been pretty good, though I noticed it's gone it's own direction later on. At least they kept Ling Yumo (manhua creator) in the loop. It sounds like she wants to make a bunch of alternate "what if" scenario media that takes the story in all different directions. I can get behind that, since the original manhua premise seems to allow for it quite easily.

Scanlations of those chapters are available on other online sources but have little to no scanlator identifications on them. Mangadex rules prohibit the upload of unknown scanlator chapters so it would be advised to read them on other sites which they are available.
