@Aztecreader I'm not sure what your point is. Origin isn't relevant, since the phone is a modern design from the few panels we got to see of it. I suspect that the model is from around 2014/15, which with the 5 years Igarashi has left in secondary education + ~4 years of tertiary education + ~1 year of working would bump the story to around 2024/25.

Nitpicks aside, 2024 is also the year Jet Set Radio Future is set in, and I just think that's neat.

Wasn't it mentioned at some point that she's been working at this job for three years, as well? Though the wiki for the series says she's 23, so that doesn't sound right.
