It's not dropped. Seven Seas Entertainment licensed the series and translated 2/3 volumes. You can either buy it to support the manga or find rips of it on other websites.

Edit: The next and final English volume releases next month.

I'm confused, this web AND the MangaUpdate says it has 6 chapters but when I'm at MangaLife, there are 35 chapters including extras.

This is soooo beautiful. It's a great manga which will make you feel warm inside and leave you with a beautiful smile on your face. It is light hearted and yet it subtly touches upon a serious undertone. Also, it has an official English translation. So, go buy it. It's totally worth it.

Lastly, don't think about it, just read it.

I think this page needs an update. There are now places to buy it official (like Bookwalker) and it has three (fantastic) volumes out.
