Saying this is pedophilia is like saying Tamahiko from Taisho Otome Otogibanashi was a pedo because his wife was a minor (even though he was too) and they didn't actually get married or have sex till they were both legally of age (according to Taisho Era law which had ages of consent and marriage a little bit different to modern times)
