My uploaded chapter is unavailable for some reason and doesnt even have any watermark

hello, I uploaded a part of a chapter of "Solo Shinkan no VRMMO Boukenki" manga and named it 2.1 using a different account. I cant see that chapter in the chapter list using that account and with this account it says chapter is unavailable when i click on it(it does show up in the list with this account). No watermark either, i just wrote the group name on the first page like otehr scanlators.

What should I do? is there a problem with my upload or something else is wrong?
