they knows that the prince is a traitor right. by they I mean the teacher, the handsome guy, his assistant and the red head girl (sorry I know no name)
most people in the party are either too dumb or innocent to notice the deception. It seems only the assassin girl may have noticed due to her expression at the end

I would bet, but why would they ruin the fun? The guy just became king of a race nearing total annihilation, and his backers are the attackers. How does he expect to make it out alive in the first place? Demons surely will just off him since he is just a pawn, so no rescue from them, and he cant really turn his back on his people since they outnumber him physically and he has no really special powers besides medicine which isn't worth shit against a group. He literally has backed himself into a corner where he either is forced to die to demons, die to the human's and dwarves, or actually lead them against the demons which isn't his goal from the start.
For a long time, I suspected her to be a spy of the regent and I still suspect her. I don't remember which chapter it was, but we've seen a woman with white hair strands talk to the regent and report something to him, it was then that I though the maid might be a spy because she's the only one with white hair we've seen so far.
