Her choice in being a homewife is a bit weird, really. First she did have that dream, then she got a good job she was good at and enjoyed, then when it was time for marriage her father pressured her into following her original dream. as a wife myself who used to be working at a factory and cycling hobby before married, I feels more relaxed just by doing housework while waiting my hubby back home, I can also spent my time fully at home with my children.

so it's not "1950's bullshit " anymore, nowdays it's about personal decision whether it to be relaxed married life or hectic dream life as a mother and a carrier woman at the same time.
