That's like 30 dollars too much. Like if I'm paying 60some for that, I'll get a custom decal/pattern on it

Also 750.81 Norwegian krone.
I always wondered why some fan translations into English liked to convert currencies into Norwegian krone, I've seen it a few times before but I can't remember which manga

Standard sales tax in china is 17% so do take that into account since it was omitted until sale. USD has an average tax rate of about 6-15%
The price tag for goods or products includes sales tax in almost every country. US and Canada are the two big exceptions. AFAIK in China the price tag shows what you pay, there's no extra tax added in afterwards.

In Japan they show both, but the price which includes sales tax is smaller.

There was a scan group named Norway Scans, their gimmick was translating "No way" into "Norway" and using Norwegian Krone as basis for currency exchange.

Qixi festival is also known to manga readers as Tanabata festival in Japan. It's basically the same folklore as the Japanese and Korean variants, but the romantic flair has persisted to this day in China (probably for marketing reasons lolz)

Also it's not on August 10, that's only for 2024. It's on the 7th of July of the Lunar Calendar.
