Eh by Chinese standards, 70% full is about where you start feeling full-normally a good time to stop. Exercise, assuming she doesn't eat a hit or anything, won't be bad or anything til a certain point either, methinks.I understand that there is a need to watch out for excess weight gain during pregnancy, but like is it okay to exercise that much while still not eating enough (according to her body, that is)? Wouldn't this have a negative effect on the baby's growth?
It's according to the belief that the body responds slowly changes in satiety. If you're feeling almost full then you've already ate your fill. I'm not sure if it's to be believed as I've only read about in passing.I understand that there is a need to watch out for excess weight gain during pregnancy, but like is it okay to exercise that much while still not eating enough (according to her body, that is)? Jiang He is kinda special because a normal woman would already feel the inconveniences of being pregnant in the second to third months, and all the way to birth in ninth month. My nieces and cousins as well as mother told me about their pregnancy experience, and from that I can somehow with a gut feeling conclude that Jiang He is special. Maybe being athletic helps in pregnancy?
One can't defeat the 2D supremacy hahahaha...She is also a time traveler, so that helps. Being 2D is probably the main reason.
