So it confirms the she's pregnant and the kid in her belly is Rei.

I think people are calling it biblical because she was implied to have gotten pregnant through magical means instead of naturally. Also Jesus sort of reincarnated, if he is god then he is eternal meaning he existed before marry gave birth to him in a new form so that’s pretty much reincarnation.
