I'm admittedly not an expert on detecting, but I'm leaning to disagree. The anatomy looks pretty consistent between pages, and I feel like it would be off more from one page to another if it were AI generated. There might be some AI assistance for things like smoothing and cleanup, but I don't think it's fully AI generated art or anything.

Ok, well, I was probably wrong. I checked for other work from this artist, and e-hentai has a lot of his stuff tagged as AI. Seems similar quality, but more obvious in colour (background objects randomly changing colour between images in a set for example).
