I still can't imagine an Eggs Benedict with seafood. Standard would be something like a slice of ham, and I know they don't eat "meat" on the island, but it has been framed as it this version is common in Japan. If so,.... just strange. It is different enough, it should get another name. Like Shepard's Pie is with lamb, but Cottage Pie is the same aside that it uses ground beef.

Toss on some caviar to be the salty replacement for the cured ham, keep the seafood change and call it something like Sea Eggs Benedict.
