-Raw is well ahead with close to 300 chapters.
-Vortex went hiatus a long time ago, forcing me to go back and try to translate it myself
-"stop caring for it" is rather... hurtful, but the TL;DR is: No translator signed up to work on this series, and with only my very limited skill, I couldn't do much about it other than keep releasing at a slow pace, BEGGING for help and hope that someone will show up one day.

Anime kinda went off the rails and ended on its own continuity
Manga progression makes more sense instead of whatever nonsense happened in the anime

To be fair some people did try, but sadly just like you, they have limited knowledge that didn't allow them to actually finish the work.

As you can see on the note by Ron on the last page, no TL means no fast releases. So it’s not “some reason” because Ron’s been begging for a good TL to help TL this manga since last year (or 2).

I said it before but this series is kinda cursed. Back in 2019 when I picked it up (damn it's already been 6 years???), I could only finish 12 chapters before FlameShin disappeared, and 2 years ago when I picked it up a second time, a JTL joined us and translate only 3 chapters before quitting. Since then, we never had any luck recruiting, and the best guys I have now all want to be paid on titles they didn't sign up for. Back in the old days, I could swallow the cost (that is, 10 bucks / chapters), but nowadays I've lost almost all of my passive income source (Getting demonetized on YT, and my reporter salary being lowballed to almost nothing), so all I have left is to hope for volunteers to show up (and, don't ghost us too quickly).
