My thought process is cry is basically a temu batman with the amount of magic items he has sitting around. Just needs prep time to get them charged, mental health, etc. There's that and in order to rank up test were required, I imagine he was no exception so he had to have done something related to what you mentioned to get up. (haven't read LN so don't know if they explained how yet)

I think bro has brain damage, he just straight up ignored that she said human experiments. he heard it and was like "what" but didn't actually say anything. Like, did someone cast a spell on him or feed him something so that he doesn't think much or speak these thoughts?
