She probably is since Tino can keep up with Liz's training. The problem is that she distracted herself by getting mentally involved in the bullshit Cry was doing which allowed Thunder Tits to grab her and pin Tino to the ground.

Speed types will always have an advantage over Power types until their movement is taken away from them.

Like dude is clearly somewhat talented; he’s able to activate relics/artifacts super easily and without restrictions (which that other flame sword guy couldnt do) which seems like a really good talent if used well. Yeah you are kinda crippled if you don’t have already-charged relics but Superhuman Battlefield’s MC’s superpower is literally throwing shit and he was able to make a creative use out of it
