It'll depend on the quality of their product. Upscaling and cleaning the crap tier raws futabasha published is a lot of work. SS should have access to the full res ones, so we'll see if they make good use of them or if theirs is jpeg'd to death, too.

I feel bad because he's a nice guy he really needs to put his foot down. He's dealing with a retarded ass childish girl who uses her "femininity" to bully him around.

Utena is definitely the better girl. Feminine, she has the same interests as the MC and she's diabolical. She definitely set up the FMC. She made a greater impact in the manga in just two chapters as few as 3 pages. The FMC is a retarded childish girl and a bully. The dude is a spineless idiot whose taking care of her like a dad and is doing everything to avoid sexual harassment. Bro, SLEEP IN YOUR OWN FUCKING BED AND KICK HER ASS OUT TO THE LIVING ROOM.
