I'm familiar with the page you described but didn't know it was a oneshot, I just thought it was a meme page some googling reveals it's Neko to Neko no Owaranai Yoru, still you could always resolve a situation by neither of you topping or bottoming and having vanilla sex, or bringing in a 3rd person to top both of you.

It seemed to be fine for them considering it was pretty short tho I suppose ppl could just use toys and such but idk how often one would need to take the lead for yuri couples versus like using a strap on as opposed to two gay male bottoms

As a heterosexual male I can't say I know from experience but my bi (male) friend told me they just take turns being on top
