Kinda reminds of the Invader Zim episode "Dark Harvest," where Zim goes about trying to steal everyone's organs to prove that he's human.

This also implies she'll have to rip out someone's uterus at some point which is terrifying in and off itself if she truly got rid of everything under the skin aside from the eyes, brain, face, muscles, skeleton, etc.

And to me it seems like she's building a body, collecting different organs from people. Maybe she took something from the guitar player that allows her to speak.
