So his threats make no sense. If he calls the police there, spidergirl is most likely just gonna vanish, so it's not really a problem. Secondly, so he's kissing a high school girl in his apartment, so what? College students having girlfriends in high school is completely legal in Japan. Age of consent in Japan is 16, so it's probably fine. Pretty sure there are no laws that cover the case of a monster spider possessing the body of a dead person, so I highly doubt he'll be charged with either of those crimes either, assuming the police even find out about the monster spider. If they do, he'll probably be considered a victim rather than a perpetrator.
