So his threats make no sense. If he calls the police there, spidergirl is most likely just gonna vanish, so it's not really a problem. Secondly, so he's kissing a high school girl in his apartment, so what? College students having girlfriends in high school is completely legal in Japan. Sure, she also happens to have the face of the girl who was supposedly murdered, but even so he hasn't committed any crime, so he probably won't be arrested. At most he'll be brought in for questioning.

He will arrested by lolicon (she is a minor), by necrophilia (she is death, she steal a corpse) o by animal abuse (he fucked a huge spider!!)

Age of consent in Japan is 16, so it's probably fine. Pretty sure there are no laws that cover the case of a monster spider possessing the body of a dead person, so I highly doubt he'll be charged with either of those crimes either, assuming the police even find out about the monster spider. If they do, he'll probably be considered a victim rather than a perpetrator.

THe spider girl is only in his house and he can go to the market, in the police logic, he is the kidnapper, she is the victim xD
