Jokes aside this is such a wonderful chapter. Up until now I've been wondering why Yuko couldn't speak, but when she finally did in the last chapter I understood. Finally laying in the place where she was conceived she came to terms with her nature. Before this she was really two beings sharing a mind, that's why she kept switching between biting MC and kissing him, it was a struggle between the insticts of the monster and the love of the girl. But now they understand each other, and they both know that they have one thing in common: they love MC. That's why she can finally speak, because there fog is gone, and her actions are no longer contradictory. In this chapter while she kisses him she also bites his tongue, the instinct of the monster and the love of the girl are the same thing now.
