Its not exactly confirmed, still a possibility, but we dont know for sure.
What I noticed on the first chapter, that part where she is walking around with some pants that still have the shop tag, meaning they are new. Its implied she was probably pressured by her friends into recenly adopting her current gyaru image to fit that crowd (assuming they dont even pressured her into stealing the pants or something), just like one of her female "friends" tricked her into going to that party while thinking it would be just them two.
So, even if not sex, those guys were probably aware of how easily pressured and manipulable she was.
