You just said it. She's been stalking him to the point where she is able to manipulate situations to her favor. Her dialogue bubbles themselves give away her personality. The white bubbles show there is some innocence to her. She didn't want that situation to be her first kiss with him. She wants her first kiss with him to be "special". The only reason this works is because she knows the mc so well. He said it in this chapter "she's natural born sore loser just like him." They both don't want to get caught up in each other's pace so they call each other's bluffs. He calls her bluff as a "freaky girl" by feigning intimacy. She calls his by testing the lengths he would go for his sister(black bubbles). It's a game of chess and right now the mc is losing badly.
