You can't help but feel sorry for him, he is being used like a toy by them, although the licking girl seems to be developing real feelings for him(chapter 18), i don't know if the gf genuinely likes him or just has a fetish for the whole situation

From what I've seen, it more like the gf is using him as a conduit for her suffering pleasures. She knew about the licking relationship before confessing to him, but she just likes to see his discomfort knowing that he doesn't want the licking relationship to continue out of respect for her (his girlfriend), but the gf doesn't seem to have genuine love for him yet.
