Thanks for answer, now I will wonder if these dialects occur in mangas like these.
Also for people like me it's fascinating topic, in my country diffrences between dialects and accents are minor, and majority of population use something called "standard dialect" or "capital dialect". It's seems that strong dialects are more common in world than I thought. Sometimes it's good to go out of your bubble, even if this is thanks to note at the end of chapter.
