It's admirable she wants to learn things from scratch but unless her ability is limited to work only/situational i'd be so tempted to win the lottery lol (at least the winnings could go towards savings and paying a proper teacher/maybe hire it for the whole company as a 'refresher' or so and win more brownie points, even tho she's already 'respected'/ppl are impressed by her already)
