Hhmm since both the Japanese title and the supposed english title are on the cover, I wonder if "It is Impossible to Love and be Wise." is more like a subhead than a translation of the original title: 何も知らないけど、キミが好き "I don't know anything about you, but I like you."

Im 99% sure you're right, but last time I tried to change the title it got changed right back lol. "its impossible to love and be wise" is a famous quote and used as a title/subtitle in a couple of other series too
