The thing is, this is a swim suit that you wear IN PUBLIC at a beach where everybody can see you. So by censoring it, they're saying that her swimsuit that she is wearing is not suitable to be worn in public. If it's being censored in the manga, then surely she should be arrested for public indecency.

I understand censoring panty shots and stuff like that, cause it's not normal to see a woman's panties in public. But wearing a swim suit at the beach IS NORMAL.
