Either way he said he doesn't like cheating... She doesn't think he'd forgive her for something like that or even fully trust her... Remember he heard that they kissed after him and her being together (From another person/not from her) and him seeing her together with him at the festival. + Her ignoring his earlier call to call an ambulance. Understand a little now? Bottom like she thinks she almost left a scar on him after all the events that transpired so she said what she said in the end and left with a 'goodbye' so she doesn't do any further damage.
