600 billion explosive tags? That's an absolutely absurd number. Even if you could make one tag a second, it'd take you over nineteen thousand years to make them all. Even if Konan had the chakra to sustain 99 shadow dopplegangers, and each of them made one a second, it'd take 190+ years. And Konan doesn't have that much chakra, and I'm sure it takes more than one second to make one.

And yes, I realize that this is a pretty silly thing on which my disbelief has been suspended, considering all the ninja magic stuff going on.
