The censored porn thing a layover from generations ago and nobody wants to be that guy pushing for uncensored porn. Also iirc the reason art doesn't get censored is because the law isn't against nudity it's against the sale of nudity. You can make uncensored stuff you just can't sell it in japan. That's why dubbed hentai gets uncensored.
