@shinidoshi That's what I thought when they said "Yes! Ma'am!" is indeed strange because the IO resistance and the Ulza resistance excluding MC and Farlin. Maybe the mangaka(manga artist) forget about it and went "Tee-hee ~＼(￣▽￣／sorry~ " reaction.

I love the art of this manga! if you zoom in the chatacters, you could see that they were on detail that it was digitalize(obviously) if you won't notice it and feeling they work hard for it.

On page 26 I'm pretty sure they're saying that you need 2 or more units to take down a golem, instead of each unit needing to take down 2 or more golems.
Because:
-There are only 3 golems shown. More show up later but they don't know that yet.
-They split into pairs or trios to engage the golems.
-It'd be ridiculous to ask the regular soldiers to take down 3 golems each, when they can barely handle one.
