I must ask, what is the life energy Vanilla takes from people?
Is it their actual life and she is slowly killing them or is it just their energy and they will be tired for the day but be fine in the long run?
Manga are never really clear which one they mean in their worlds and if it's the former in this case our 'heroes' are pretty nonchalant about killing innocent civvies.
