Up to now - my impression of what I've been shown so far is:
Sutekina apāto, hen'na rinjin, Loli-tsuki.

I mean, we were given the "appartment includes a little girl" info at the end of chapter 1 and got shown that it's not just one but at least three pairs. Given there are several rooms left, this might be some orphanage where you may rent a nice room for small change under certain conditions - one being that you live with and raise one of the kids (lolis).
