need a separate "official English" entry on series listings

since Shueisha, Line, and likely others simulpub their comics online now, we need a separate entry between the official English tankoban publishers, like Viz and Seven Seas, and the official English online readers, like Shueisha's MangaPlus, Line's webtoon site, etc
