Hello guys this my first thread so I want to ask if anyone has ever read a medieval manga with a story like this "about a princess who has to cross-dress to protect herself and because she has to become a knight" the last chapter I remember is that she was caught by some spies. The trait I remember was that she had short black hair, The story is quite dark. I remember there was a moment where he lost his identity because he always cross-dressed until one day In one chapter she gave her virginity to her adjutant for some reason I forgot because of what and the last time I read was when Mangarock was still alive.

not that old I read it around 2016 or 2017 and it's still updating, all I really remember is this manga about medieval times where having a boy is more profitable than a girl that's why the princess was forced to cross-dress.

because she was crossdressing in the first 20 or 30 chapters so I thought the crossdressing tag was still there but after looking for it for 3 days I couldn't find it

another thing : the princess character is very tomboyish

This is the only nobility cross-dress manga with black haired MC that I could find and it's not medieval/historical.

There are not many historical with crossdressing MC manga, and I've searched at different manga sites in case it was an official English version and MD doesn't have it but there are none that matches your description. If it's also not this one, I think there is a high chance it has a medieval ambience instead of being actual historical/medieval setting, or some of the details you provided were incorrect (it actually happens a lot, so please pardon me if I offend you). If you have time and really want to find it, you could comb through the Genderbend tag on mangaupdates to see if the manga you were looking is there or not.

I also thought that but it wasn't and the reason was because the main character in the manga I was looking for was a woman

The MC looks quite like the photo you sent. But (s)he is intersex instead of being female. And it's a really dark manga.
