Need help finding this manga.

I suddenly remembered this manga I read years ago on some aggregator website; the premise was that this kid got kidnapped by some weird people, and they do plastic surgery on him to make him look like other people and he has to live out a day as them. It had some psychological horror elements. Sorry if my description isn’t enough to go off of, but that’s pretty much all I can remember.

The MC gets turned into a girl in an abusive relationship with her boyfriend and almost dies at the amusement park with said boyfriend.
