Hi, I'm trying to identify possibly two manga artists in this photo. A little background on the photo: this was taken sometime in 1971 at a Benihana's in New York. Manga Artist Fujio Akatsuka was visiting the city with two other artist (one confirmed, the other not) and stopped by Mad Magazine Offices. Fujio previously met the Mad Staff during the their 1970 trip to Japan and took quite a liking to them. To pay back the hospitality that Fujio showed to the staff during their trip, the staff took out Fujio and the other two to Benihana's. The two that I'm trying the Japanese man second to the left and the woman. The only clue I have is that the woman was a prominent "girl's manga" artist/writer from the time. Thanks!

@Anokata60634 could it be one of these three? Kenji Morita, Kunio Nagatani, Kai Takizawa

https://fujio-akatsuka.fandom.com/wiki/Fujio_Akatsuka
By May 1971, a new Akatsuka serialization in Weekly Shonen Sunday had been decided, but Akatsuka opted to travel to New York City as a promise to fellow manga-ka Kenji Morita and to visit MAD Magazine's editorial department. Kunio Nagatani, Kai Takizawa, and a woman he had dated at the time came with him on his trip. After two months of the stay, and as the deadline for Akatsuka's submission approached, Akatsuka sent a letter and postcard to his editor Toshiki Takei with an announcement of the new series' title, based off an English phrase he'd coined in the USA; "Let's La Gon", from his "Let's la go!".

@Schlo Well I do thank you for the suggestions. I googled each of the names you suggested, and the only one I was able to find a decent photo of that kinda looks like the photo is Kunio Nagatani. I thank you. Now all that's (possibly left) is Identifying the woman. I actually called one of the remaining (ie living) Mad staff in the picture and all he was able to tell me about the woman is she did "girls manga" (his words, not mine), so she's probably a Shojo artist.

MY GOD, that Wiki has sooo much info! Like man, who wrote all of it? IT answers the questions to some degree? I know that wikis can be edited, but I wonder if this info predates what I dug up on the photo?
Basically, I was trying to find a connection between Mad Magazine and Tezuka (which I did do), and this photo of the benihana's photo was given to me by a Sergio Arrogenes facebook group.

@Anokata60634 so did you get everything you need or are you still looking for the name of the woman?

this article has a list of some shojo female artist from around the 70's, the Year 24 Group

Well, I still don't have anything on the woman, besides that she was probably a shojo artist and dating one of the other artists at the time. But thanks for this new wiki page for me to look at. little by little do we have the whole picture. Did you look at the twitter thread? It took me roughly 2-3 years to get all this info.

saw that. Looks like a lot of work. I looked up some of the names to see if there were pics of them, didn't see much other then mentions to some of the mangas but not about them. Must have been hard to collect the info.
