I remember the story being 2 childhood friends, an older guy and a younger girl, they're close but they shout at each other most of the time. The guy is a popular smart blackhaired middleschooler(? or is it highschool) with a short-temper (only around the girl tho), and the girl was a short cute elementary(?) student. The girl always scold and hits the guy due to him being popular and talking to girls. The girl said to him "Hey! When I grow up to be a fine lady, I want you to marry me!"
Some times passed and they got separated cuz the guy went to a different school. Another few years passed, The guy came back to his former place and became a math teacher at the girl's school, as usual he was popular and smart, but not short-tempered anymore and is mature. The girl is still kind of a tsundere, she grew into a fine cute lady. At his mom's house, the girl was invited for snacks and the guy and girl talked for a while.
The thing that might help in looking for it, is what the guy asked to the girl. I think it came along the lines "Will you do your promise and marry me after all those years?", I think that's what he said.
