Need Help remembering manga (suicide, tree spirit, cutting bonds))

It don't remember much. I think it's seinen.

A man commited suicide by hanging himself off a tree. Something happened, now he's a ghost and works as an assistant to the spirit/god of the tree/forest, but he doesn't like what the spirit's job is.

She unties bonds with those that seek her service but that usually means the person loses an emotion or something like that.
