How ironic about how a moving bartender that sets up shop can't be located... but it's fiction and it was an interesting read!
The story is centered around one eccentric bartender but she is friends with a typical bartender that works at a bougie place, and a flair bartender. All of them are amazing women and I would like to read it again, if anything came up during my search "Bartender" seems like an interesting read, though I find it baffling how similar the art style is to Full Metal Alchemist at a glance.

I remember she helps her bougie friend when her place is dealing with a wave of customers, the manager of the place is in a crisis as his young daughter left home and his wife has no clue where she might have went
I believe Vietnamese bartenders whom the protagonist visits to recruits. I believe it was "Snake" but it seems that the reason why she refused the offer is because Snake is a duo of her and her sister.
