it's a romantic comedy about literally and loud guy and shouting girl. if I recall: the guy was a kendo player and the girl was a freshmen recruited to the student council. she was on the uniform committee and their first entanglement was when he was trying to safeguard a contraband magazine
his friend gave him. and he doesn't hide that fact at all. the theme is pretty ecchi and even has an explicit scene
