It was a really long time ago when I read it, so I apologize for the lack of detail.
I don't remember how MC (uke, dark hair) and ML (seme, light hair) meet, but I do remember the seme was either rich or famous. The seme treats the uke poorly, and the seme's assistant helps him leave. Seme ends up in the hospital, I guess from a nervous breakdown cause uke left?? It was definitely something like that.
Also, I believe the cover was black and red, without much besides text on it?
