been trying to recall this one for the past week, and I also think it's a fairly new series.
the MC is some sort of OP mofo in terms of magic, his maid is an elf girl (i guess) and believes he's the reincarnation of some guy who helped her in the past
apparently, past guy that resembles MC gave her a pendant (or stone), which she then uses to damper the backlash from MCs attack which causes said pendant to split in half
at some point in the first 10 chapters he finds out that one of his classmates is a kyubi (i think, and also hope these aren't two manga I'm talking about).
instead of the kyubi girl fighting with the MC, she makes a pact with him to become his servant by kissing his arm (or did she lick the hand, I can't recall)
and that's all that comes to mind
