The pacing alone for this chapter is horrendous, the story doesn’t even try to supplement it. First off, can we get to know the MC and his GF? Maybe have a few chapters where we get hints of “Oh this girl is suspicious” and the build up to the proposal and reveal. Make the reader care that the MC is about to propose to someone who might be betraying him. But nope! For whatever reason she is a rotten bitch who showed no signs of being a shitty person. And as others pointed out, how the hell is it so easy for a single person to delete the data of a a SSS rank??? Shouldn’t there be layers of protection against that? How can it be so easy?

The MC is wildly pathetic too, he is the typical Japanese MC who is too meek to stand up for himself despite being leagues better than the people around him. It is okay to stand up for yourself when you’re being fucked with. Especially to the guy who just stole your girl.

0 build up to this girl either, like why should we care at all? This whole chapter was shit. The comments on the novelupdates page also does not inspire confidence. If this weren’t an adaptation I would’ve kept reading but clearly the issues persist with this series past the first chapter. Good luck to anyone who sticks around.
