I think that chapters aren't exactly following chronological order, but a bit more random that that. So I don't know, whether this is before, or after chapter 14. - likewise I think some earlier chapters happened after chapter 14, such as chapter 9 and 10.

I also don't think they had sex yet. They definitelly did... "something" in/after chapter 14, but I don't think they had sex there.
So I would say, they did not have sex... yet...

I think this whole manga is like a series of disconnected from one another semi-gag events.

In other words, to the characters, in each chapter all the things that happened in other chapters... didn't actually happen.
